Through our careers in private investment, consulting, and operational leadership, we’ve seen firsthand that great businesses don’t succeed by chance. Alex Clark,
Founding Partner

Bio: Alex is an operator and builder with leadership experience spanning the U.S. Army Infantry, Boston Consulting Group, and entrepreneurial ventures. A former Infantry Officer, he led teams in complex, high-pressure environments before advising Fortune 500 executives on large-scale M&A, private equity diligence, and industrial operations at BCG. He has launched ventures across sectors and delivered humanitarian aid from Ukrainian war zones to U.S. nonprofit programs. At Novo Foundry, Alex brings battlefield discipline, boardroom strategy, and a people-first mindset to acquiring and scaling enduring industrial businesses.

Andrew Sova,
Founding Partner

Bio: Andrew is an investor, operator, and consultant with deep expertise in finance, private equity, and business strategy. He began his career in investment banking and direct lending, where he underwrote and closed 30+ SMB transactions and evaluated hundreds more. At Boston Consulting Group, he specialized in private equity diligence, sales and marketing strategy, and organizational development, advising executives and investors on growth and value creation. As co-founder of Novo Foundry, Andrew brings rigorous financial acumen, strategic execution, and a commitment to building enduring businesses rooted in community.
